Will you re-write or create a new document?

No, we will not re-write or create a new document for you.  We want to convey your initial message. 

Who will proofread my document?

An experienced proofreader with the necessary knowledge and tools to read and revise your document based on standard written English.

What if I am not satisfied with my document?

In the unfortunate event that you’re not satisfied with your document, we will revise your document according to your requirements at no extra charge.

What is the difference between proofreading and editing?

The terms ‘proofreading’ and ‘editing’ are sometimes used interchangeably, but they are not the same.

Proofreading focuses on correcting errors in spelling, grammar, syntax, punctuation, and formatting; however, editing focuses how information and ideas are presented. An editor focuses on making changes that makes an article easier to understand, better organized, and more suitable for the audience.
